I like Indian music, which mostly is of Hindi movies. I realise that all these songs flow out from Indian classical music. This makes me curious to know more about Indian classical music. Through this forum would like to get guidance on how to learn and understand the music based on raagas. I hope learned people in this forum would love to guide me.

I very much like Indian movies and I watched in English subtitles, some movies pretty good enough as compare to Hollywood movies, I try some song on my new guitar which I recently bought through Reecoupons, But I can't understand the lyrics, so I fail to play. But much fun to play on guitar.
