Is there any raga from
1) Sampoorna- Shadav
2) Sampoorna-Audav
3) Shadav-Audav ???
Because I have read somewhere that number of notes in aroha are always less than avaroha . If it's true then why above mentioned 3 Jatis have existence ???
(If there any example related to this 3 jatis then please share).
We have a similar problem with 10 Thaaths in Hindustani Sangeet.
To which Thaath would Raga Ahir Bhairav belong? There is no Thaath with Ahir Bhairav swaras. Hindustani music is full of such illogical out comes.
Why are taals not classified by matras and vibhag. Example: Why is the well known 12 Matra Taal called Ektaal?

Interesting observation...I have really not given this a thought, but we can certainly get a general feedback here if there are any or no ragas which have all the seven swara in the aaroha, but lesser in the awaroha...
In any case, I can answer the second part of your question. The Jatis as you mention is only a method of classification, and at the most denotes the mathematical possibility. Whether a combination becomes a raga, is solely decided by whether it sounds good to the ear....and then stands the test of time to establish itself......
